Each guest room, at the Host Hotel, will be expected to Sign a Waiver for any damage to the Room, and will be inspected prior to departure by a Hotel Representative.  The SAINT BERNARD CLUB OF AMERICA NATIONAL SPECIALTY SHOW WILL PROVIDE EACH ATTENDEE WITH PLASTIC SHEETS FOR UNDERNEATH PET CRATES TO PROTECT FLOORING.  DOGS must be crated at all times when left unattended in the Guest rooms.  DOGS may not be BATHED or GROOMED in the Guest Rooms.  A FLAT Cleaning Charge of $150.00 per Guest room will be charged to any room requiring excessive cleaning due to hotel guests not cleaning up after their Dog(s).  All Guest rooms with Double beds will have four (4) bath towels, two (2) hand towels and four (4) wash clothes provided by the Hotel daily.  If towels are missing or excessively soiled, a $25.00 replacement fee per set per day will be charged.
